What happens during a class
Each session is relaxed and baby-led.
Parents learn a few massage strokes at a time while responding to their baby's cues. Babies can feed, sleep, or take breaks whenever they need.
During the 5-week program we explore:

We also talk about topics such as baby cues, gas and colic, crying, benefits of infant massage and ways to support your baby's development.

As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage, I love helping parents discover how nurturing touch can support their baby’s well-being and strengthen their bond. My classes are designed to be gentle, welcoming, and supportive for both babies and caregivers. I always adjust my teaching to your needs to meet you and your baby where you are.

Group classes are ideal for babies from birth to pre-crawling.
If your child is already very active and crawling, private classes are often the best option so we can adapt the sessions to your baby's rhythm.

5-week series

Hosted in the home of one participating family
Small and intimate groups for a relaxed atmosphere
During the program, parents learn gentle massage techniques step by step while responding to their baby’s cues. Babies can feed, sleep, or take breaks whenever they need.
These sessions are also an opportunity to share experiences with other parents and discuss topics related to babies and early parenting.

$70 - $120* depending on group size

During this workshop, you will learn how to soothe a baby, relieve gas and colic and bond with a baby.
I adapt the content to what participants are most curious or concerned about, creating a warm and supportive space for questions and conversation.
Babies and children are welcomed.

Good to Know Before Your Session
To help everything go smoothly, here are a few helpful details:
📍 Location & Travel
I serve families within 10 miles of Oak Park.
For sessions outside this area:
• 11–20 miles: $20–$30 travel fee per session
• 20–30 miles: $30–$40 travel fee per session
For Chicago residents, parking fees may be added if applicable.
💳 Payment
Payment is completed before the first session, either online or in person.
🐾 During the Session
To keep the environment calm and focused, I kindly ask that pets stay in another room during the session.

Sessions are offered in English and French.
