Thank you for choosing Snuggly Start. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session will receive a full refund.

• Ending a Session Early: If you’ve started a session but wish to stop before the final class(es), please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled class.

• Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session or class.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

​

• Late Cancellations: Cancelling an entire session with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $10 fee.

• Partial Cancellations: Cancellation of classes within a session is non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up and provide no notice, you will be charged the full class fee.

  • Private classes: You may reschedule.

  • Group classes: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies (such as illness) happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Agreement

By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.

If we ever need to reschedule your class, we’ll contact you promptly and offer the next available slot.
