Due to the nature of gift cards, all gift card sales are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your gift card arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and I will be happy to help resolve the issue.

All physical gift cards are sent via standard mail (regular stamp). Shipping is free.

You may choose one of the following delivery options at checkout:

• Send directly to the new parents. The gift card will be mailed in a kraft envelope, with a handwritten note including the message provided by the person purchasing the gift. Please, write your message at checkout.

• Send to the purchaser. The gift card will be mailed in a non-sealed kraft envelope, allowing you to personally give it to the new parents.
