Our session of 5 group Infant Massage sessions provide a warm and welcoming environment for parents and their little ones to learn the art of infant massage.
With 5 to 8 families, the intimate setting allows for personalized attention and shared experiences among participants. The 5 sessions take place in the home of one of the families, creating a comfortable and familiar setting for both parents and babies. Heloise, a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) will guide you through the techniques and benefits of infant massage, promoting bonding and relaxation for both baby and parent. Join our group class and connect with other families while learning a valuable skill that can benefit your child for years to come.
Please contact me prior to pay for a class, so we can meet and discuss about the classes.
Please apply the number of miles for travel fees we discussed in our first meeting as well as the parking fees for Chicago residents.

Thank you for choosing Snuggly Start. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Ending a Session Early: If you’ve started a session but wish to stop before the final class(es), please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled class.
Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session or class.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late Cancellations: Canceling an entire session with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $10 fee.
Partial Cancellations: Cancellation of classes within a session is non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you do not show up and provide no notice, you will be charged the full class fee.
Private classes: You may reschedule.
Group classes: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies (such as illness) happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Agreement
By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.
If we ever need to reschedule your class, we’ll contact you promptly and offer the next available slot.
