Learning to massage your baby is learning a new language — one built on touch, attention, and presence. This four-week series gives you the time and space to develop that language together, at a pace that works for you and your baby.
Each week builds on the last. You will learn a full-body massage routine — legs, feet, belly, chest, arms, hands, face, and back — while deepening your understanding of your baby's cues and your confidence in responding to them. No experience is needed. Your baby comes as they are.
