You have been preparing for your baby's arrival in so many ways. This workshop invites you to prepare for something quieter — the first time you hold them, the first time they look at you, the first time your touch tells them they are safe.
In this one-time workshop, you will discover infant massage before your baby arrives — so that when they do, your hands are already ready.
Together we will explore:
What babies feel and need in the first hours and days
How touch communicates safety, warmth, and connection from birth
How to read your newborn's earliest cues — and what to do when they need a pause
